EUROPEAN TOURS
From the late 1960's to the late 1970's Johnny toured extensively throughout Germany and the Benelux Countries both with his popular band ''Johnny Ramone and the Strollers'', and in addition as a much sought-after solo Cabaret Artist working alongside some of the biggest stars in European Showbusiness. He recorded several 'hits' on the Telstar record label and became hugely popular with British and American Military Establishments whom he has insisted that his Management always put at the top of his bookings lists whenever possible.
As an ex serving regular member of the Royal Air Force Johnny has pledged his support to ''Help the Heroes'' Campaign, and other charitable organisations who raise money for the widows and dependants of our brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives in the defence of freedom.
Johnny speaks Dutch with a fluent Limburg Dialect and over the years has endeared himself to us here in Holland as ''Een Echt Limburger''
